Welcome to Naksha, a mobile application developed and operated by Sharma Astrology Consultancy, registered in Australia (ABN: 42480597481). By accessing or using the Naksha mobile application and its services (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This agreement governs your use of the application. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not access or use the Service. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of any subsequent revisions to these terms.
2. Nature of the Service and Disclaimer
Platform Functionality: The Naksha app provides traditional Vedic birth chart (horoscope) creation based on client-provided birth details, predictions derived from classical Vedic astrology principles, and other traditional astrology services (excluding remedies or prescriptive life advice). Predictions are based on classical Vedic astrology, specifically the Vimshottari Dasha–Bhukti system.

No Guarantee: We make no claims or guarantees about the accuracy or reliability of the astrological interpretations provided. Your reliance is at your own risk, and we disclaim all liability.
3. Eligibility and User Responsibilities
Age Requirement: Users must be 18 years or older, or the minimum legal age in their region to use the Service.
Permitted Use: The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Professional astrologers may use it under the same terms as individual users.
User Data Accuracy: You must provide accurate birth details. We are not responsible for inaccurate results caused by incorrect user data.
Privacy: Use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.
4. Payments and Refunds
Services are available both freely and via paid options. Premium services include downloadable PDF reports with clear pricing.
Payment Type: One-time purchases only, not subscriptions.
Processing: Payments are handled by secure third-party gateways. Google Play Billing is supported initially, with iOS billing planned.
Refund Policy: Once a PDF is delivered, the transaction is final. Refunds are only provided where required by law or store policy.
5. Intellectual Property Rights (IP)
All app content (excluding user data), algorithms, and unique methodologies are the exclusive property of Naksha – Sharma Astrology Consultancy. A limited, non-transferable license is granted for personal use.
6. Limitation of Liability
Naksha – Sharma Astrology Consultancy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profit, arising from use or inability to use the Service.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Naksha – Sharma Astrology Consultancy and its affiliates against any claims or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
