1. About the App
Q: What is Naksha?
A: Naksha is a traditional Vedic astrology app that generates your horoscope and predictions based on your birth details. It follows classical principles without offering remedies or commercial gimmicks. Naksha reports quantify planetary stengths
Q: Is Naksha based on Indian astrology?
A: Yes. It uses the sidereal zodiac and the Vimshottari Dasha–Bhukti system as practiced in Indian Vedic astrology.
2. Event Timing
Q: What is the Event Timing service and how do I use it?
A: The Event Timing service helps determine when a specific event — such as marriage, getting a new job, recovery from illness, or success in a competitive examination — is most likely to occur.
To use this service, select a question from the dropdown list and provide your complete birth details, along with a search window — that is, a start and end date within which you’d like the system to look for possible outcomes.
The system will analyze your birth chart and return up to six probable dates within your chosen time frame. If the event is unlikely to happen within that period, the report will state that no favorable dates were found.
Choose your time window wisely — it can range from a few months to two or three years. Please refer to our sample report for an example.
3. Horoscope Outcome
Q: What is the Horoscope Outcome service and how do I use it?
A: The Horoscope Outcome service provides a personalized prediction in response to a specific question — such as, "Will I succeed through my own efforts?" or "Will my relationship lead to marriage?"
Select a question from the dropdown list and enter your full birth details. The system will analyze your birth chart, including planetary positions, strengths, benefic and malefic aspects, and compute a verdict for your query.
The report includes both a qualitative outcome (the likely result) and an assessment of planetary strengths influencing that outcome. Please refer to our sample horoscope outcome report for more details.
4. Using the App
Q: Do I need to create an account to use the app?
A: No. You can use Naksha anonymously — just enter your birth details and receive your report.
Q: What birth details do I need to enter?
A: You will need to enter your name, date and time of birth, place of birth (with latitude and longitude), and UTC offset if known.
Q: Can I use the app on multiple devices?
A: Yes, but reports are delivered per session. You can save/download the PDF for later use.
5. Payments & Services
Q: Is the app free to use?
A: The app offers both free and paid services. You can view pricing for premium reports inside the app.
Q: How do I pay for a premium report?
A: Payments are processed securely through Google Play billing. iOS billing will be added in the future.
Q: Will I get a downloadable report?
A: Yes, your report will be generated as a downloadable PDF.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Since reports are generated instantly, refunds are not available once the report is delivered.
6. Privacy & Data
Q: Do you store my personal data?
A: No. Your birth details are deleted after the report is generated. We do not store or share any personal data.
Q: Will I receive emails or marketing messages?
A: No. Naksha does not collect email addresses and does not send marketing emails.
7. Astrological Accuracy
Q: How accurate are the predictions?
A: Naksha uses time-tested Vedic astrology methods based on planetary periods and in-house research. However, astrology is not a science and should not be used as a substitute for professional advice.
Q: Are these predictions personalized?
A: Yes. Every report is based on the exact birth time, date, and place you provide.
Q: Can we see sample reports before we actually buy the reports?
A: Yes. You can see sample pdf reports of all our service reports. Download and save the report into your device. You may view the report using pdf viewer or use printer button and save to your device.
