Sharma Astrology Consultancy respects your privacy. The Naksha App is designed to provide astrology-based insights with minimal data collection. We only collect what is necessary to generate your requested horoscope or prediction report.
1. Data We Collect
To generate your astrology report, we temporarily collect the following information:
- Full Name (to personalize your report, optional)
- Date of Birth
- Time of Birth
- Latitude, Longitude, and Timezone(UTC) Offset
- To ensure safe and secure delivery of the report we collect IP address, request headers, language, timezone and locale
We do not collect:
- Email addresses
- Contact numbers
- Payment details (unless handled by a third-party like Google Pay or Stripe)
2. How We Use Your Data
The collected information is used solely for:
- Calculating planetary positions
- Generating a personalized horoscope or astrological report (PDF)
- Addressing the report to the named individual
3. Data Retention
We do not store your data permanently.
- All collected details are retained to ensure report delivery, analytics and verification by Google as needed and will be deleted before 60 days
- We do not use your data for marketing or tracking.
4. No User Accounts
The Naksha App does not require login or account creation.
- All interactions are machine-to-machine and session-based.
5. Third-Party Services
If payment services (e.g., Razorpay or Google Billing) are used, their privacy policies will apply independently to their transactions.
6. Your Consent
By using the Naksha App, you consent to the use of your details solely for generating the requested astrological report.
If you do not agree with this policy, please refrain from using the app.
